My Sai and I

Swami is always with us and will never forget us – Dr. Geza Sebastian

At the beginning of this year my wife Gisela and I felt very strongly the inner call in our hearts to visit Swami in Muddenahalli. Immediately after that call, we booked our flights and came there in February 2015.

Sai – the Rainbow in my Heart

The physical form was not there, it was true, but something much stronger than that was present. His infinite love, the thrill that only He awoke in the heart were the same! Our heart could not be wrong: we had found and recognised our beloved Swami! Now, it all made sense! If we truly believe that Swami is God, then He can definitely manifest Himself in a subtle form. Nothing is impossible for God!

Sai Baba – The Living presence – Father Charles Ogada

When I was told, in 2014, that Sai Baba was manifesting in the Subtle Body in the hallowed hills of Muddenahalli, I went to experience for myself the truth. During an interview, I knew spontaneously that He was the same Living Presence that had always been with me since my early childhood.

When the Indweller revealed Himself

Both my brother and I experienced tremendous joy and were wonder struck at some of the interesting life lessons that were taught and discussed there. The explanation of SMART Goals – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound and the rich, spiritually-significant statement – I to We to He – influenced me immensely.

Bhaktodharaka Sai

By the time my family returned home, I could see that shock had set in. While they tried to gather their wits, the one question that lingered in all our minds was why it had happened to them! My mother was crying out to Swami, and I could see that they were all visibly upset by the incident.

Inspiring incidents with Bhagawan’s subtle form – Sri. Madan Gupta

Our experience with Swami in the Subtle Form began on Maha Shivaratri (the night of the darkest New Moon of the year, dedicated to Lord Shiva) in February 2012, during our visit to Prasanthi Nilayam. At 2:00 a.m. in the morning, an old lady approached my wife inside the South Indian canteen. After some small talk, the lady told my wife that she had a message from Swami that we should visit Muddenahalli and then, she promptly disappeared, having clarified that she didn’t need anything from the canteen.

My Incredible Sai – both within and without

While attending the youth meet was only a pretext to come to Muddenahalli and see Swami for me, it offered me more than that. I was privy to such rich spiritual talks and speeches, that it left an indelible mark on my personality. Listening to Bhagawan’s discourses made me realise the importance of the opportunity I had been bestowed with and I decided to soak into the spiritual extravaganza, as much as I could.

In the company of compassionate Lord Sai – Sri. S.Thiagarajan

Our earliest interaction with Swami’s Subtle Form was in January 2012. A friend had a vision in which Swami asked him to convey a personal message to us. Subsequently, our friend shared that he had been having visitations from Swami in His Subtle Form for many years, even when Swami was in the physical body – sometimes being asked to pass on messages from Swami to individuals.

Spectacular Sathya Sai: 34 years with the subtle form of the Avatar – Ms.Connie Shaw

“What’s all the fuss about Sai Baba’s Subtle Body?” a clairvoyant friend had recently asked me. “If your mother came to your bedside after leaving her body (or ‘dying’) you’d know she was still Mom. Since the whole family would be keenly aware of her passing, you wouldn’t tell your siblings, ‘Guess what, Subtle Mom came and talked to me last night!’” We both chuckled at the prospect, and then I began to reflect on the 34 years of Sai Subtle Body interactions, healings and miracles with which Swami had graced me. Memories of unkind remarks of ‘friends’ also came flooding back.

My Experience with the subtle body of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba – Robert A Bozzani

Look back to His first discourse, which He gave in 1968, where He announced to the world why He has come. He has come for transformation. He said in that discourse, “All are tainted,” and that He has come to open our hearts. We have to remind ourselves constantly of that. It’s too easy to go off-course and blame – anyone or anything. No. We must stay focused and practise – live in love and only love. Remember, His Grace is transforming us to be who He wants us to be.

From Shirdi Sai to Sathya Sai

In the dream, Shirdi Baba, garbed in a white robe, appeared before me and started scolding me for not believing in the triple avatarhood! He then explained the concept to me, quoting words and lines from the very Sai Satcharitra that I swore by. “What is it that you doubt when I am present in all the living forms in this universe, I am present in all the saints and the gurus. Open your inner eyes and you shall see this truth.”

The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others. This quote of Mahatma Gandhi best summarises the spiritual journey of the Hariprasad couple. Smt. Kalpana Hariprasad was introduced to Swami by her mother, and Sri Hariprasad came to Swami only after his marriage.

When you think of God, He thinks of you too

It isn’t said in vain that we should believe to experience and experience to continue believing. The story of this Sai Youth from Canada reinforces just that. It’s a timely reminder that there are no co-incidences in the life of a Sai devotee; every incident is divinely ordained and planned to precision

Sai – My Divine Counsellor

Swami however did look at me and the only thought in my mind then was ‘Engineering or dental? Engineering or dental?’ With no reply coming from Swami, I decided to resign to my fate and went home rather dejectedly. That night Swami came in my dream and

When Faith moves mountains… (Part 2)

Sai Prasad says that though he has pain, he has no suffering as Swami appears to him and speaks to him every day! He also confesses that Swami is like a fun-loving friend to him – a young Swami bubbling with energy! Every morning, Swami wakes him up for Suprabhatam chanting!

When Faith moves mountains… (Part 1)

He was now determined to please His Lord at every opportunity. So, despite his critical health condition – the left part of his body was paralyzed by then – he did not miss any opportunity to play harmonium during bhajans at Muddenahalli as well as various other Sai Centers

Brother Ashish and his family

Follow HIS Words to Transform Your Life

My heart is now full of love and I am truly grateful for the Sai-filled life He has blessed me with. And as if to acknowledge it, Swami once appeared at our home, in front of my wife and said “Ashish ko bolna, I am very happy with his seva. (Tell Ashish that I am very happy with his service).”

Blood Cancer Cancelled

Swami’s compassion is usually described in a cliche as being “boundless”. We use this term freely, without fully understanding the meaning. Our mind, limited and selfishly limiting by nature, can never ever truly comprehend the limitless, completely selfless love of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba!

The Silver Tsunami – Sri Indulal Shah

Sri Indulal Shah, is the grand sire of the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations and has spent 50 golden years at the Divine Lotus Feet, since he first came to Swami in the summer of 1965. His dedication to the Divine Mission of Bhagawan is unparalleled. He was the linchpin of the organisation‘s activities

Baby’s week out

The times when you have seen only one set of footprints, is when I carried you! – Baba

He is in our Hearts

Swami made it very clear that there was no point going to Prasanthi Nilayam or Muddenahalli repeatedly, if we do not make efforts to experience Him in our own hearts

Wrapped with the blanket of LOVE

Swami has been reiterating time and again that the purpose of Seva is to bring each individual in contact with the Lord within. When we feed and clothe the needy, shake their hands and lovingly interact with them

Grace and Love – Dr. Ravi Pillay

In 2011, a group of devotees in Singapore heard that Swami’s Mission was expanding to remote parts of India. A large educational campus was being built in Gulbarga. At the same time, the third Super Speciality Hospital, the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital,

Touched by Divinity – Major General (Retd.) Ravinder Singh

My tour of duty as Chief of Army was challenging and, many a time, I called on Swami for his Grace and support. I always felt that He was there guiding and helping me, step-by-step. As I came to the end of the three-year tour as Chief of Army, I had a most unexpected blessing.

Unique Avatar – HIS Mission Continues – Sri Ram Shetty

Swami has revealed many interesting facts about his divine mission. One such important revelation is that He had completed only one-third of His mission while in the physical body, and that two-thirds of the mission would be completed in the Subtle Body

Ray of Hope – Sri U.Rajesh

He consoled us with His matchless love and compassion. He revealed to us many things about our lives, which were not previously known, and He cleared up all our apprehensions about my brother’s sudden death.

Ultimate Experience – Sri Kunal Ganjawalla and Smt. Gayatri Ganjawalla

When Bhagawan chose to make His Subtle Form known to the world in Kodaikanal in 2014, my wife and I were fortunate to be there, amongst the devotees sharing the nectarine bliss at His Divine Lotus Feet. It was the same loving Bhagawan, with the same teachings, the same love…

This Unseen Presence – Father Charles Ogada

My parents then taught I was possessed with a bad spirit called “Ogbanje” and subjected me to horrendous forms of exorcism. But this presence never left me until I was eleven.

Beloved in My Town – Jasna Dogic

“Long time ago I was reaching for faraway India in order to lay down my heart in front of the feet of the Beloved one. Today my Beloved one has stood in front of me. A long time ago I went through the thousands of dusty kilo meters in order to reach the house of the Beloved one.

Today, the Beloved one was in my house. In my town.

Harbinger of Love, Joy & Hope – Osman Hasanpašić, Croatia

I do not know how long I will stay in this body since I turned 73, but I know April 22nd 2015 I will never forget. It was the day when I met the beloved Baba again and felt His love and His warmth. From the mouth of a young man Baba’s beautiful loving words were running.

The Glory of God in Croatia – Ms. Connie Shaw

The day that was rapidly unfolding was destined to be filled with surprises and blessings. For example, the overall energy quality and intensity level present in the hall, due to the vibrations of the attendees, was incomparable.

He Continues in the Light Form – Sri. R.Kondala Rao

During last three years, we had the fortunate opportunity of Swami coming to our house in the ‘Light Form’ many a time and blessing us. Every time, He is advising us to provide safe drinking water to the public as service in the divine mission. As per His advice, we have to provide drinking Water for Adilabad district in the State of Telangana and later take up some parts of Maharashtra and Rajasthan.

Experiencing the Omnipresence of Baba After the Mahasamadhi – Pandit Sri Shivkumar Sharma

I experienced Baba’s Omnipresence many a time, which I had shared with Sai devotees in different articles in the past. But the purpose of sharing my experience this time is: How after the Mahasamadhi Swami established contact with my whole family and me.

Ceaseless Shower of Grace – Dr. J Shashidara Prasad

One of the mandates of Swami was that I should earnestly hasten up the process of starting the new campus of His University in Muddenahalli. Also He mentioned that He is going to stay in the hilltop building there.

It is the Same Love and Compassion – Sri Indulal Shah & Late Smt. Sarala Shah

My fellow Sai devotees, Swami was all about his mission to uplift the humanity and raise our consciousness which He continues to do even today. Be a part of this noble mission that continues, and be blessed.

How it all Started – Sri Madhusudhan

It was on the last day of our trip to Kodaikanal with Bhagawan in the summer of 2003, while doing padaseva to Swami; He playfully knocked on my head and asked, “What will you do next, Sir?”
