At around 10:15 a.m on March 05, Bhagawan landed at the Sri Sathya Sai Premaniketanam, Bijapur campus. He was welcomed by many devotees, after which He retired to His room for a short while. He then proceeded down to the Prayer Hall for Satsang with all the staff and students. Sri B N Narasimha Murthy first addressed the gathering and spoke about the importance of good company in life and for spiritual growth. He illustrated this with a story and reminded everyone that the one who understands the truth and speaks the truth is a true Jnani, or person of wisdom.
Swami then blessed everyone with His divine message and chanted the Maha Mritunjaya Mantra, lovingly explaining the meaning of the holy Mantra. He remarked that while people generally offer ‘Naivedya’ or food to God, as per His likes, in the Sri Sathya Sai Institutions, the Lord instructs the food to be prepared as per the likes of His children and then He accepts the food. Swami then partook lunch with all the students and distributed ice cream to everyone. He then retired to His room for the afternoon.
At around 6:00 p.m, Bhagawan came down to the Prayer Hall. He had also brought with Him, the students of the Pre-University College at Gulbarga and in the evening, He granted Darshan to all the staff and students who were present. The Satsang began with a Vedic invocation, as the students of grade nine chanted the Ghanapatha. Students then presented a song for their beloved Lord, after which a young student studying in grade eight, addressed everyone. Speaking straight from the heart, the young boy narrated how Bhagawan had given him everything he ever wanted, and confessed that he lived only for Him. The young student offered himself at Bhagawan’s feet and submitted that he was ready to do anything for Bhagawan, as he offered his life back to his Master.
Sri B N Narasimha Murthy then addressed everyone and offered words of guidance to all the students for their forthcoming examinations. Bhagawan then granted His divine message and reminded them of their own innate divinity. He encouraged all the students to do well in their exams and told them to digest all He had told them in the morning, and promised that He would visit the campus again in the new academic year. Motivating the boys to write their exams well, Bhagawan concluded the session and received Mangala Arati before retiring for the evening.

On the morning of March 06, Bhagawan called and spoke to all the students of grade ten. He explained the new education system which would be adopted by the Institutions, and spoke about the various opportunities on offer in the Pre-University College and the University. Bhagawan also lovingly elaborated on His plans for the various courses which would be offered in the near future and told all the boys that they could study whatever they wished, in whichever field, as all opportunities would be provided to them.
The Lord then blessed all the students with gifts and distributed the hall-tickets for the upcoming examinations.
Thereafter, Bhagawan proceeded to the Prayer Hall where He reminded all the students to learn and study well. Assuring that He would come again soon, Bhagawan departed the campus for Gadag, after receiving Mangala Arati.
