Much to the joy of everyone at the Sri Sathya Sai Sathyaniketanam, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba landed at the Campus at around 10:30 a.m. After refreshments, Swami along with the guests, arrived at the Prayer Hall where all the students, staff and devotees had gathered. The Chairman of the Campus, Sri Vasudevan welcomes the gathering and this was followed by a talk by Brother Nikethan.
The programme commenced with Vedic invocation by the staff followed by talks of two students Vasu and Abhishek. The students also offered a few songs after which Swami delivered His Divine message in Kannada. Bhagawan then partook His lunch with everyone, distributed ice-creams and retired for the afternoon.
The evening programme once again commenced with Vedam by students of Grade Eight, after which devotional songs were offered. This was followed by a talk by one of the recently passed out student from the Centre for Human Excellence, Shashank Narayan, who is currently receiving hands-on training as an intern, like many others who have been deputed across various Campuses. The students also presented a dance performance on the Nirvana Shatkam. The programme then concluded with Mangala Arati. Swami remarked that He blessed the Campus that morning, as an answer to the prayer of the students and had infact given Himself completely to them!

After a sumptuous breakfast, everyone gathered in the Prayer Hall and eagerly waited for Swami’s arrival. Clad in a silk Pitambar, Sri Madhusudan Sai arrived at the Prayer Hall. After Vedam by Grade Nine students, there were talks by students and staff- Manu, Vinay and Sri Niranjan.
Swami then beckoned Sri B N Narasimha Murthy to talk about the importance of music after which Swami Himself explained in great length about the power of music, citing examples of many great seers and saints. Swami also announced that very soon a Pre-University college would also be established in the Campus, bringing great delight to all the students. After partaking lunch with everyone Swami rested for the afternoon.
In the evening, Swami blessed the senior students with an interview, wherein He explained to them on how to be self disciplined and gave them the responsibility of taking care of their junior brothers. Swami also blessed all the staff with a private session advising them on how a teacher should conduct himself. He also advised some of them to pursue doctorate courses from the Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence. Students then offered a cultural programme. After invocation by students of Grade Seven, a few Keertanams were offered to Swami. There was also a drama presentation titled ‘Bhaktha Shabari’, a story depicting Shabari’s long wait for a period of 62 years only to meet her dear Lord Rama. Swami was very pleased with the play and blessed all the performers profusely. Mangala Arati was then offered to Swami.
August 08, 2019 (Morning)
The next morning saw all eyes filled with tears as Bhagawan was ready to depart to the next Campus. There was a farewell Satsang with the students wherein Swami spoke about the Bharathiya Samskruti, which acknowledges the presence of God in everyone and everything. He then distributed tokens of His love to the support staff working in the kitchen, housekeeping and laundry services. He also blessed all the members of the executive committee. After blessing everyone and filling every hearts with joy, Swami departed to the Jayapura Campus.
