July 21, 2019 marked the fourth Satsang with Bhagawan at the DRDO Community Hall in the C V Raman Nagar area of Bangalore and the morning’s proceedings commenced with the chanting of Sai Gayatri. As Bhajans were underway, Bhagawan arrived into the hall and blessed the gathering, showering His love and benedictions, charging each and every one present in the Hall with His grace. After Bhagawan had ascended the dais, Sri S A Vasudev welcomed the gathering. He fondly welcomed Bhagawan and conveyed gratitude to Him on behalf of all who were present. He also welcomed Sri B N Narasimha Murthy, Chancellor and Chief Mentor for the Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Group of Institutions and Retd. Major General VPS Bhakuni. Sri Vasudev then prayed to Bhagawan for His guidance and said that to be in His presence was indeed a blessing. He spoke about how during this year’s Guru Purnima celebrations, Brother Sri Madhusudan had also transitioned, just like Lord Buddha, who went from being Gautam Siddharth to Gautam Buddha. He showed by example that it is possible for each and every one to attain God-realisation. Sri Vasudev then prayed to Bhagawan to speak to the gathering and elaborate on the way in which we can empty ourselves in order to become self-realised. This was followed by an offering of a bouquet of songs by the youth music group. They presented a selection of mellifluous songs by Sri Purandara Dasa and a few Hindi numbers, as well as Bhajans.
Thereafter, Sri B N Narasimha Murthy addressed the gathering and described how Bhagawan is completely manifesting Himself in Jeevan Mukta Swarupa, Sri Madhusudan Sai. He spoke about how there is no more Sri Madhusudan and in his ascension from Madhusudan to Sri Madhusudan Sai, his family has lost their beloved son and brother. He declared that Sri Madhusudan Sai is the most amazing miracle of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, as He has raised a man to the level of God. Sri Narasimha Murthy spoke about how he has seen Madhusudan’s life passing through full moon of spiritual bliss as well as the dark moon. He went on to say that Sri Madhusudan Sai’s ascension came through a journey of many lives and made the declaration that from Guru Purnima onwards, it is Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai. Sri Narasimha Murthy recollected that it was this feeling of oneness with the Divine that Sri Madhusudan Sai experienced on the Guru Purnima day and this most profound spiritual experience did not allow him to speak or stand as every cell of his body was permeated with divine bliss. He explained that the same was experienced by Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa.
Bhagawan then granted His most awaited Divine discourse. He began by describing the self-realised one as: ever blissful, one who has attained the highest joy, the embodiment of true knowledge, beyond duality and all pervasive. He said that each and every one is most fortunate to be with Sadguru Sathya Sai, because He is the most compassionate, always caring and loving everyone, even when everyone make it difficult for Him to train. Bhagawan explained that He wants Jnanis who seek this realisation of the Self and in order to become such seekers; everyone has to drop all that they have and only seek what He has to give.
Bhagawan then went on to explain the different stages of His mission, with Sankarshana meaning attraction, being the first stage where He attracted those whom He wanted for three and a half years from 2011 onwards. This was followed by Sandarshana, where He moved from country to country, city to city, home to home, to make people understand that He is the same Lord.
The final stage of His mission, which just began on Guru Purnima day, is Sankramana, which is a movement from down to up, from outwards to inwards and from human to Divine. Bhagawan explained that when it is dark, due to lack of visibility everything slows down, but this period starting from Guru Purnima marks the beginning of a period of daylight, where the goal can be reached without obstructions. He concluded His message by reminding everyone to surrender to the Guru and remember that all other endeavours are futile, as, when God is there, everything else follows. Emphasising that this is the time to move higher and closer towards Divinity and urging everyone to put sincere efforts towards this endeavour, Bhagawan brought the Satsang to a close.
Mangala Arati was offered and He moved amidst the crowd, showering His love and blessings on all before departing from the venue, leaving the hearts of all full of love and joy
